Terms and Conditions for "The Roadmap Course" with Master Resale Rights

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing "The Roadmap Course" with Master Resale Rights (hereinafter referred to as "the Product") provided by Jennifer Hummer (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the Product.

2. Ownership and License

(a) The Seller owns all intellectual property rights related to the Product, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights.

(b) The Seller grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute the Product solely for the purpose of resale as outlined in the Master Resale Rights agreement provided separately.

3. Master Resale Rights

(a) The Product is sold with Master Resale Rights, which means you are authorized to resell the Product to others.

However, you must adhere to the following conditions:

i. You may not modify, alter, or rebrand the Product in a way that misrepresents the original authorship or content.

ii. You are responsible for ensuring that your customers also agree to these Terms and Conditions and comply with the Master Resale Rights agreement.

iii. You may not sell or transfer the Master Resale Rights to the Product to others unless explicitly authorized by the Seller.

(b) The Seller reserves the right to revoke your Master Resale Rights at any time if you violate any of these conditions.

4. Payment and Pricing

(a) The pricing for the Product is determined by the Seller and is subject to change without notice.

(b) Payment for the Product is due at the time of purchase. The Seller accepts payments through approved payment processors as indicated during the checkout process.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Master Resell Rights digital product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The owner of the product makes no warranties or representations, either express or implied, with respect to the product, its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

(a) The Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product.

7. Termination

(a) The Seller reserves the right to terminate your access to the Product at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Master Resale Rights agreement.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

(a) The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Seller's website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

9. Governing Law

(a) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia.
